This is definitely not a party apartment house. If you are looking for peaceful, quiet and hassle-free living, this may be the place for you.
We have recently updated this apartment with new linoleum, new carpet, newly paint and a new stove. Amenities include good sized kitchen, dishwasher, air conditioner, full size stove and full bath tub/shower. There is approximately 600 square feet of living space. Lots of storage space, includes a 6′ x 6′ utility closet, bedroom closet with sliding doors and an extra indoor storage in a community laundry room for bicycles or whatever. Unit is located in extremely quiet, well lit apartment house in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample fenced off-street paved parking. The unit is cable ready. Water utility paid by landlord.
Rent is $725 per month with a $600 refundable damage deposit. Non-refundable $35 application fee covers background check. While many landlords require an annual lease we can arrange a month to month contract.
We are not interested in 3rd party inquiries. Keep in mind, if you’ve been rejected by other landlords, we use the same screening process they do so you will get the same result. All tenant screenings must be done in person, not over the phone or email because of too much fraud. We can’t hold apartments or do online funding nor do we accept reusable tenant screening reports.
No management company to deal with. No non-refundable move-in fees other than application fee. Our Tenants are all long term residents with the added flexibility of a month to month lease. This is a strictly enforced non-smoking apartment in a 10-unit building. No pets are allowed. Pictures are to show layout of apartment only.

I’m looking for somebody to take over my lease for the spring semester while I am abroad, so any time after December 2019 works for moving in.
