I’m looking for somebody to take over my lease for the spring semester while I am abroad, so any time after December 2019 works for moving in. My lease lasts 10 months, starting from the 15th of August 2019 and ending the 15th of May, 2020. I’m realistically looking for somebody to take the last 4 months of the lease starting somewhere in January, but am willing to work with anyone if they’d like to move in earlier than January. The apartment currently houses myself and 3 other male college students between the ages of 20 and 22. The room that you would get is room D, on one side of the apartment that shares a bathroom with one of my roommates. -Pets are allowed for an increased fee

Rent per person is $650 (plus utilities); utilities is about $50-$75 per person each month (depending on use). So the total including utilities is $700-$725 each (for myself and new roommate).
I live right near the Centennial trail and it is wonderful. This apartment unit is brand new! I’m the first tenant! I live on the bottom floor and it is very quiet (there is gypcrete-it’s like concrete, which is a sound-barrier between the floor and ceiling)
There is a laundry unit included in apartment and pets are allowed.
It is very quiet and beautiful in these new apartments. The office people are wonderful and very helpful. And I can’t wait to meet my new roommate! 🙂
