This is definitely not a party apartment house. If you are looking for peaceful, quiet and hassle-free living, this may be the place for you.
Amenities include good sized kitchen, dishwasher, stove and full bath tub/shower. There is approximately 1100 square feet of living space. Lots of storage space, includes coat closet, linen closet, bedroom sliding door closets and an extra indoor storage in a community laundry room for bicycles or whatever. Unit is located in extremely quiet, well lit apartment house in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample fenced off street paved parking. Air conditioned and cable ready.
Rent is $1100 per month with a $650 refundable damage deposit per applicant. Non-refundable $45 application fee. We use month to month contracts for the benefit of both the Tenant and the Landlord.
No management company to deal with. No non-refundable move-in fees other than application fee. Landlord is very easy to work with. This is the only apartment house we own so we are very attentive to the needs of our Tenants. Our Tenants are all long term residents with the added flexibility of a month to month lease. This is a strictly enforced non smoking apartment in a 10-unit building. No pets are allowed.
