In early October, we will offer current off-campus tenants an opportunity to re-sign their rental agreement(s) for the 2021-2022 term. In mid to late October, available houses and apartments will be listed below. Please familiarize yourself with the process for requesting a Gonzaga-owned rental.

Some off-campus rentals offer a purple lot for parking and require tenants to purchase the permit to park there. All rentals have free street parking. To see a map of purple lots, click here.
The process for renting is as follows:
-Properties are rented on a first come first serve basis. Inquiries and requests for properties can ONLY be made to email@example.com. Email requests will be processed in the order they are received. Requests will not be considered or processed until the properties are listed on this page.
-Only one person needs to email a request per interested group.
-In your email request, include the names of your roommate group (if interested in something other than a 1 bedroom unit) and up to 3 properties that you or your group are interested in renting.
-The Housing Office will reach out to you when and if we can offer you a property to rent. Students who are offered a rental will have 48 hours from their offer date to sign a rental agreement. At the time of signing, students will also note which bedroom they will be living in (if renting a unit larger than one bedroom). If the rental agreement is offered to you and not signed within 48 hours, it will be offered to the next interested student(s).
