1608 E South Riverton Ave, Spokane, WA 99207-5108, United States. I live at Riverview Lofts, which is in the Logan Neighborhood just across the street from Stevens Elementary School (about 5 minutes away from Gonzaga’s campus, 5-10 minutes away from downtown Spokane).
Our apartment layout has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom in it, so essentially, both people living in the apartment would kind of have their own bathroom. We have an in-unit washer and dryer, a covered parking spot, ample living room space, a gym at the complex and more. Including utilities fees (water, gas and electic), the monthly cost for rent is just over 1800 a month. So split between two people is around 900 a month per person. We would pay electric through Avista (which I have an account set up already) and we would split that, as well as Xfinity payments ($35 a person).
My old roommate and I negotiated that whoever had the bedroom with the connected bathroom would pay $100 more (He had the connected bathroom, so he would pay $1,063 and I would pay $963). Our rent used to be over $2,000, but I got word saying it’s going down to $1,750, so after sewage fees, it would be $888 and $988 split, or $938 split evenly. We can negotiate similarly, and I can move into the bigger bedroom if needed. I am flexible with whatever works best.
