The apartment comes fully furnished with beds, laundry and dryer, tv, dishwasher, furniture, etc. and the building also has a gym, study rooms, and a rooftop lounge. Rent is $750 a month and utilities ARE included. 940 North is right next to GU, a five minute walk to the center of campus. Pets are not allowed. Great apartment mates, very easy going. 940 North does not rent co-ed so I can only take male applicants.

Full access to the house with updated furnishings, tall ceilings, spacious common rooms, and a large secluded backyard. Appliances, dishwasher and washer/dryer included. Garbage and sewer are included but gas/electricity, water and cable/internet will be split equally. $525/month for an eleven month lease ending August 1st preferred, $550/month for a six-month lease.

Your roommates are a couple with full-time jobs in their respective fields. Mr. Roommate graduated with a B.S. in Construction Management and is a business owner who enjoys classic cars, working with his hands and mind, and appreciates a good, local microbrew. Ms. Roommate has a B.S. in Business Administration and going for a second Bachelors in Accounting. She likes coffee, running, and exploring new sights and events in the area. We have two small lap dogs and at this time are looking for roommates without pets. The four of us are a quiet bunch and our schedules are always full with something or another, so you’ll always have the ability to find a nice quiet house when you get home for the day. We won’t be fully moved-in ourselves by this weekend, and although not currently shown in the pictures, we have all the equipment and utensils required for a four course thanksgiving dinner, an outdoor barbeque grill, two new couches, a 55″ TV with surround sound, and professionally framed pictures to hang throughout the home. We aren’t the type of roommates to turn the heat down in the winter or pool fifty bucks together for a used couch; so if something’s needed, we opt for the nicer things in life. We won’t live with a broken doorknob or a leaky faucet, and shouldn’t expect you to either.

You would be a young professional or college student who is focused more on studies and work than maintaining a highly active social life. Looking for someone who is able to communicate their needs, keep common areas free of clutter, and allow everyone the quiet enjoyment of the premises. All of your other potential roommates will meet the same criteria.

All applicants will have proof of current employment or student status along with passing a background and credit check, among other things. If all minimum requirements cannot be met, a cosigner is required that meets the same level of requirements. Although optional, a link to a personal social media profile along with a copy of your unofficial college transcripts will be given priority. Rent is due on the first of every month along with a $525 refundable deposit and a $35 background check fee per person to get started. If you require a cosigner, an additional $35 background check will be conducted but credited back to your refundable deposit amount.
